How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders require a processing time of up to 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This allows us to prepare, quality-check, and package your order with the utmost care.

Once your order has been processed, shipping time will begin based on the method you selected at checkout.

What does “processing time” mean?

Processing time refers to the period before your order is shipped. During this time, we:

  • Confirm your order and payment
  • Prepare and inspect your items
  • Package your order with care
  • Generate and confirm your tracking number

This process ensures you receive top-quality products—never rushed or mishandled.


When will I receive tracking info?

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships, which may be any time within the 5-7 business day processing window. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder, too.


What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily use [USPS / UPS / DHL / FedEx] depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


How long does shipping take after processing?

Shipping times vary by location and method:

  • Domestic standard shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note: These times are in addition to the 9 business day processing window.

 

Can I rush my order or skip the processing time?

At this time, we do not offer expedited processing. All orders are processed in the order they are received to ensure fairness and consistent quality.

 

Why does processing take 9 business days?

We believe in quality over speed. Each item is carefully prepared to ensure it meets our standards before reaching your doorstep. This timeline also allows for restocks, custom packaging, and order accuracy.


My order is late—what should I do?


First, check your tracking number. If it’s been more than 9 business days + the estimated shipping time, please reach out to us at [help.noirearchive@gmail.com] with your order number so we can assist you.




Do you ship on holidays or weekends? 

 

Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
